PROFEA is an engineering company able to design and build turnkey plants for the food industry.

PROFEA was born in 2003 from the merger of the skills of two historic companies COS.MO ITALIA and ART SYSTEM.

PROFEA features two plants and relies on the collaboration of 80 employees.

PROFEA – thanks to a long-standing experience that led us to develop the current complete range of products – features a SALES department – purchase, production and job order management – a Technical area – Finance and Audit Area.

FOR MILK

PROFEA designs, manufactures and installs systems and machines for the production of pasteurized, homogenized, whole or skimmed starting from raw milk or powdered milk.

PROFEA designs, manufactures and installs systems and machines for the UHT milk and sterile milk with product sterilization and subsequent packaging in aseptic environment.

FOR CHEESE

PROFEA designs, manufactures and installs systems and machines for the production of raw cheese, semi-cooked curd or cooked cheese, pasta filata cheese, ricotta cheese and others, proposing either manual or semi-automatic systems for their processing.

FOR FRUIT

PROFEA manufactures full lines and single machines for the production of fruit purée, especially apples, pears, peaches and apricots, which can be maintained in their natural condition or concentrated.

PROFEA also operates in the manufacture of machines for the production of jams and preserves.

FOR BEVERAGES

PROFEA manufactures full lines and single machines for the production of fruit juices – both turbid and clarified – which can be maintained in their natural condition or concentrated.

PORFEA offers process solutions for all types of fruit.
